Import your history

Export your data from Hevy

  1. Open Hevy and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the gear icon (Settings).
  3. Tap Export & Import Data.
  4. Tap Export Workouts.
  5. Save the CSV file to your phone.
You have a CSV file from Hevy saved on your phone.

Import into Kilo

  1. Open Kilo and go to the Home tab.
  2. Go to the Calendar tab.
  3. Tap + and select Import.
  4. Pick the CSV file you exported from Hevy.
All your workouts, custom exercises, and history appear in Kilo.

Quick fixes

Make sure you are on the latest version of Kilo from the Play Store.
Check that the file is a .csv file saved on your phone, not in a cloud-only folder.
Verify you exported from Hevy after your most recent session.
