Switching from Hevy? Kilo can import your full workout history so you pick up right where you left off.
What gets imported
- All logged workouts and their dates
- Exercises (including custom exercises you created)
- Sets, reps, and weight for every entry
- Supersets
- Set types (warm-up, drop set, failure)
- Workout and exercise notes
1) Export your data from Hevy
On mobile
- Open Hevy and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the gear icon (Settings).
- Tap Export & Import Data.
- Tap Export Workouts.
- Save the CSV file to your phone.
On web
- Go to hevy.com and log in.
- Open Settings.
- Click Export.
- Download the CSV file and transfer it to your phone if needed.
Success: you have a CSV file from Hevy saved on your phone.
2) Import into Kilo
- Open Kilo and go to the Workouts tab.
- Tap +.
- Select Import.
- Pick the CSV file you exported from Hevy.
Success: all your workouts, custom exercises, and history appear in Kilo.
Quick fixes
- Import button missing: make sure you are on the latest version of Kilo from the Play Store.
- File not showing up: check that the file is a
.csvfile saved on your phone, not in a cloud-only folder. - Missing workouts: verify you exported from Hevy after your most recent session.
